Should I spend like $100 and buy a referb 360 and hack it? or try and get my currently hacked one fixed?

Since the repair is far to complicated for me to attempt I'd be paying someone.

Then it depends if the repair is cheaper than buying a new one or not. If the repair is cheaper then just go with the repair even if it takes longer.

Yeah the thing is finding someone close to do the repair, There is a shop near my house that charges $100 for it, but that too expensive I'm trying to contact this local guy who might do it for $55 which is more of what I'd like to pay.

well then that might be a problem :S For me it's also hard to find people that repair consoles for an affordable price, and when i do find someone they're usually really busy so it takes them some time to repair

It just the nature of the repair that makes it stupidly hard lol, You need like a $400 IR Heat table or something like that. Because the GPU need to be resoldered to the Motherboard so they have to take it off, clean it, reapply solder to it, then heat it up on the table until it makes the connection and works again lol.

Its ok. Basically the hardest part about it and why people charge so much for it is because the equpiment needed to repair it correctly is mad expensive lol.
