I'd have to say Spirit tracks is a better game but I think Phantom Hourglass has better multiplayer.

Well, I'm honestly going too say in my opinion, that Spirit Tracks is better. I like the Storyline in it better than Phantom Hourglass's. I also like the Addition of the train, We've allready had a boat before.
